1899 S01 Hindi HDRip – Review:

1899 is a strong contender for the best feel-bad show of the year, with its conniving characters, unrelenting suspense, and grim stakes. It’s a case of atmospheric gloom overload, and it proves all the more frustrating considering that the show’s aesthetics are otherwise effectively spooky. With its mystery and horror, 1899 manages to right the ship, even if it’s sometimes confusing. The truth is, fantastic costuming, strong performances, dynamic set design, and a score of modern songs that somehow work in the period context keep the series worth watching.

now if you’ve been following the channel for a couple of years and you know that we love dark picked it apart several times and it’s one of my favorite shows of all time because of this I was anticipating this series and I’m happy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it after when a show has three brilliant entries it’s expected that a series by the same team should match up to that instantly going in I thought this would be difficult for1899

and that it would be on the same level as Dark Season 1 if not slightly below it however I think it’s better than that season and the cast in central mystery or just as enthralling as the later entries of that series would end up coming to be a dark was limited by the fact that a lot of people in the west wouldn’t give it a chance because it was a foreign language show to combat.

I think they’ve made it so the series has a wide number of actors from all over the world without being a multitude of languages so everyone can be on board pun not intended I’m glad that they did that though as I think everyone should give this series a shot it’s super psychological and it will constantly keep you on your toes as we watch the mystery what’s going on playing out before us.

1899 is massively presented with there being a feeling of ease throughout the entire thing not only do the languages make it so the characters can’t fully communicate with others but the environment itself is constantly shifting and confusing them this is very much how the audience feels too.

and throughout it, there’s a great atmosphere to the entire thing that just makes it unnerving shutting mostly the darker dim circumstances you never really know what’s going on in the character’s minds or the show itself this makes it gripping to watch and I was constantly sadly trying to figure out how everything linked together.

the cast will feel distinctive as well too and each one has their backstory and traits that make them unique and special sometimes in shows the side characters can often get lost or whether it’s the costume designer acting I can pretty much remember every single character that appeared in the series.

they are three-dimensional people hiding skeletons in their closets and you understand what drives them and also what their hopes are this is a testament to how good the writing in the series is as the concepts of high-level shows like this can often distract from people involved you do see performances that make the characters so complex.

I think 1899 balances both its characters and concept well and it’s easy to recommend from me those sons of a are dark they’ve done it again and 1899 is another highbrow show that’s gonna suck you right in as you try and figure out what’s going on with the characters scores are very very very very solid 8 out of 10. and I’m excited to see what these guys bring to us next time I’d love to hear your thoughts on the series so make sure you comment below and let me know your thoughts.
